Q. How do we get started?
Once you let us know your preferred date and time we will check availability with the venue you have chosen. When the venue is availabe, we will make a reservation for your wedding and we require a deposit. The wedding is confirmed after we have received your deposit.

Q. How far in advance do we need to book?
We recommend at least 18 weeks, this is to allow time to make all legal arrangements here in India and also for you and your guests to make their arrangements. If you wish to get married at shorter notice, please contact us and we will enquire about availability with all the relevant parties here in India.

Q. How can we trust your services?
We will confirm everything in detail to you in writing as soon as a verbal (or cyber!) agreement is reached about what you would like us to arrange. Once you have agreed to everything we have written will we ask for a deposit from you. We have no hidden fees, commissions or extras on top of our quote to you. The only way that the price of your wedding could change is if you change the arrangements or the number of guests invited. We will keep you updated with the progress.

Q. What happens if we need to reschedule or cancel our wedding?
Nowadays, all major worldwide insurances offer wedding insurance covers. Some couples may consider this option to cover themselves by the unexpected. Simply contact your current travel or insurance company in your country, to find out more.

The best time of the season to get married in India is from October to April.

Q. What do you exactly mean with a Royal Wedding?
A Royal Wedding is getting married like a king and a queen including the most beautiful decorations, the Royal processions, fireworks, horse or elephant polo etc.

Q. What is the most favorite venue and why?
Every venue is unique in its kind. The most favorite venue is City Palace in Jaipur. The king and the queen are still living in this Palace and it is the perfect place to have the Royal Processions.

Q. Can you arrange flowers, photography, transport and all the additional extras that we will need for the wedding ?

We will require a deposit by the time of booking and a percentage of the total sum, depending on the time you've booked in advance.

Q. Is it possible that my guests stay in a different hotel?
Yes.

Q. I already know what sort of flowers I like. Will your florist be able to arrange this for me?
Please send us any photos that you have and we will take them to our florist for you.

You can send us your table plan and we will take care of it.

Q. What sort of menu will be arranged at the wedding reception?

Q.Will you be able to cater for vegetarians?
Of course, just let us know at least a couple of weeks before the wedding and we will arrange this for you.

Q. How do we carry our wedding outfits to India?
It is not possible for wedding outfits to be carried in the aircraft cabin they need to go into the hold. Pack your outfits in a box and then place in a suitable rigid suitcase. If they need ironing once you arrive we can arrange this service for you.

Q. Can you assist in arranging our honeymoon in India as well?
Yes, we are very willing to help you with planning your honeymoon as well. Provide us with information about your requirements and our team will make a plan for you.
